FOB (Free on Board)
The responsibility of the goods is delegated from the exporter to the importer company on the board of the ship at exporter`s coasts. 

CIF(Cost, Insurance and Freight)
Delivery costs up to importer`s country are met by exporter but the responsibility of the risk is transferred to the importer on the board of the ship in exporter`s country. 

 

EXW(ExWorks)
Cost and risks are transfered from exporter to the importer company when the goods are prepared for importer`s disposal.

 

DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid)
Both risks and costs are under the responsibility of exporter up to the importer country`s  customs.
